Brookside Institute has applied twenty years of research in brain physiology, behavioral science and
addiction medications to develop the Brookside Treatment Protocol. Due to the overwhelming success
of the Protocol, we are looking for bright, dedicated professionals to expand our team in Southern
California. All positions are full-time with competitive salaries based on experience.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for all operations of the company including clinical,
residential, business development and financial. This position will report directly to the Director
of the Institute. Five years successful experience in a similar position and an undergraduate degree
is required. A Masters degree is preferred.
DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
The Director of Residential Services at Brookside Institute is a key member of the management and
treatment team. The Director of Residential Services is responsible for the complete management of
multiple locations including recruitment, budgeting, facilities management, patient care and food
services. Two years experience managing a residential treatment facility and working with substance
abuse patients is required. A college degree or certificate program is preferred.
LICENSED THERAPIST
Therapists at Brookside Institute are a key member of the treatment team. Our therapists have
their own roster of patients providing therapeutic services as well as participating in the many
creative adjunctive group therapies of the Institute. Our therapists work directly with
psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses and brain wave technicians in development of treatment plans
based on brain wave analyses and bio-psychosocial test. Experience in substance abuse and
co-occurring disorders is required. Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is preferred.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Legal Community)
The Business Development Representative will work with the legal community and courts to promote
the Brookside Institute as the preferred treatment option for alcohol and drug addiction. This
position offers commission in addition to a base salary. Experience in sales and marketing for
substance abuse programs is required. Individual must also have a legal degree/certificate or
two years experience working in the legal field.
RESIDENTIAL MANAGER
We are looking for the highest quality management for Brookside Institute’s residence. The
Residential Manager at Brookside Institute is responsible for managing the patient care experience
while in the residence including the facilities and procedures defined by Brookside Institute. No
treatment is provided at the residence; all treatment is given at the Brookside Institute Clinic.
Experience in a similar position with proven ability to manage staff and handle patients is required.
